The right to withdraw from the sales contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took over the goods (or the last product, partial shipment or last piece in the case of a sales contract for multiple items of goods from one order, or delivery of products in multiple partial shipments or pieces).
- Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us via your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the e-mail address shop@pelek.eu or phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the sales contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the attached form for withdrawing from the sales contract, which is optional.

Consequences of withdrawing from the sales contract
- What happens when you withdraw from the sales contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, without delay, no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will return all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the one we have offered as the most favorable standard delivery).
- Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
- Obligation to return goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the expiry of that deadline.
- Costs of returning goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK without postage (ie from 990.01 CZK), we bear the direct costs of return shipping. The direct costs of returning the goods, which due to their nature cannot be returned by regular mail, are borne by you.
- Decrease in the value of goods. In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the returned goods or the returned goods, which occurred as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and properties of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will include our claim for damages in the purchase price that you ask us to refund. We will always evaluate the specific case to determine the level of damage, impairment of the goods and determine the appropriate reduced value. We will inform you about these steps at the specified e-mail address.
- Impossibility of withdrawing from the sales contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Conditions of Use.
