  3. Time for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by vacation days and public holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for several items of goods from one order, or delivery of products in several partial shipments or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, notify us through your customer account. Alternatively, contact us at the e-mail address info@pelek.eu or telephone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. The return label is usually available in your customer account at pelek-hr.com.   4. Right to withdraw from the contract within the deadline. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens when you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offered).
  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding postage (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will bear the direct costs of return delivery. You bear the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary mail.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature and properties. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price that you request us to refund. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in the value of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will notify you of these steps at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
