Automatic star-delta switch / star-delta time relay 24VAC/DC – 240V AC with 1 changeover contact.
Automatic star-delta switch - Star-delta time relays are designed for use when starting three-phase motors for the first time. When the coil is energized, it switches to star connection to allow the motor to start. The star connection remains connected for a certain time and then goes into standby mode. After the waiting time has elapsed, it allows a switch to delta (delta) connection. This achieves efficiency by reducing the current drawn by high-power motors during starting.
The time relay is mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail.
