Product description

The DS-48 pulse counter is a universal two-input panel counter equipped with two 4-digit LED displays (current value + target value). It enables counting, counting down, and processing signals from mechanical switches, PNP/NPN inductive sensors, and incremental encoders. Due to its wide range of input and output functions, it is suitable for industrial automation systems, production lines, measuring stations, and process control.

Installation recommendations

• Use shielded and twisted signal cables, ground the shield

• Separate signal wires from power and high-current cables

• Use a fuse F250 mA / 250 VAC on the power input

• Protect the device from moisture, vibrations, dust, and extreme temperatures

• For mechanical switches, it is recommended to set the input frequency to 20 Hz

• When using two inputs:

• Mode Phs4 → max. ¼ input frequency

• Modes 1u2u, 1u2d, Phs2 → max. ½ input frequency
