The digital thermal relay TENSE TRM-12 is designed for protecting loads from damage caused by high currents.
\nThey allow adjustment of overload value, fault delay time, and operating mode.

They have internal current transformers and a 3×3-digit LED display for clear operation monitoring.

Operating mode

• After power is connected, the relay turns on and activates the output contact, the OUT indicator lights up.

• When the set overload value is exceeded, the delay countdown starts and ERR lights up.

• After the time expires, the relay switches off, the output contact switches, and OUT turns off.

• The relay resets automatically or manually depending on the selected mode:

  • Manual: manual reset required after fault

  • Semi-automatic: automatic reset 3×, then manual reset

  • Automatic: automatic reset on every fault

Asymmetry 50%

• If the difference between the highest and lowest phase current exceeds 50%, the relay enters asymmetry fault mode.

• Fault is indicated by flashing displays and ERR indicator.

• Manual reset is required to return.

• Current below 2 A is not monitored.
