PID temperature controller for panel mounting, relay + SSR outputs, measurement range -100 °C ... +1750°C, resolution / step 0.1ºC (made in Turkey, TENSE)

Management and monitoring of thermal processes in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, building automation, industrial devices.

The temperature controller is implemented via ON/OFF or PID control. The controller offers self-optimization that prevents overshooting the process value.

  • Automatic adjustment of PID parameters

  • Sensor type: T/C (J,K,T,S,R), Pt100
  • Optional control mode: P, PI, PD, PID, or ON-OFF.

  • Automatic removal of 'overshoot' in PID mode

  • Anti-windup

  • Turn-on delay for OUT in cooling mode

  • EEPROM memory for saving settings

  • Relay outputs OUT (NO+NC) 250VAC, 2A/ SSR max. 12Vdc, 20mA

The measurement range depends on the sensor and can be set using the buttons on the temperature controller.

The display on the temperature controller is a high-contrast screen that can be clearly read even in poor conditions.

Don't forget to order our temperature probes - type J thermocouples Fe-Const (metric 6/8) with a temperature measurement range of: -100 °C - +600 °C. They can be with a cable length of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, and 5 m.
