Phase control relay FKV-03N – TENSE

Product description:
FKV-03N is a three-phase control relay designed to protect electric motors from incorrect phase sequence, phase loss, and excessive asymmetry. The relay does not regulate the neutral conductor and the asymmetry is fixed at 40%.

The relay is ideal for industrial applications where fast and reliable motor protection is required against damage caused by incorrect connection or voltage changes.

Operating algorithm

  1. Normal operation:

    • All three phases are present.

    • Phase sequence is correct.

    • Voltage asymmetry is within the allowed range ≤ 40%.

    • The relay is in operating state – contacts 2-3 closed, indicators PWR and RLY lit.

  2. Fault condition:

    • If the voltage of any phase exceeds allowed limits or the phase sequence is incorrect:

      • Contacts 2-3 open,

      • Contacts 1-2 close,

      • Indicator RLY turns off.

  3. Return to normal:

    • After restoring the correct voltage and phase sequence, the relay automatically returns to operating mode.
